Before photographing your session, we will discuss the nature of your project, details that need attention, the intended audience for your media, and the overall goals for the project. Together, we will outline an image list and review timing and logistics. After the session, your high-resolution images will be delivered in the format of your needs, properly color-corrected and professionally retouched by myself or a team member, and available for direct download.

Digital Usage Right for Commercial Photography

Something to keep in mind with commercial photography is that you are not only paying a creative fee to your commercial photographer but a licensing fee as well.

Licensing is what allows you to use the images created at your photo shoot with your photographer’s permission on the platforms you have both agreed upon.

A commercial license, also known as a Usage Fee, is needed for purposes as defined below:

• Advertising, promotion, brochures, packaging as part of a commercial website for promotional purposes

• Use for prints, posters, flyers, tear sheets for promotional purposes (not for resale), or other commercial display of image

• Magazines, books, newspapers, other printed publications

• Video, broadcast, advertising on META, Tik Tok, YouTube or any other cross-media platform

What you may not do: buyer may not resell, relicense, redistribute without express written permission from photographer. Use a derivate work, and reselling or redistributing such derivative work is prohibited.
